This week, we use the legacy of four-legged friends, with the adjoining owners said with a little color and a lay claim to something to my heart. We do not call for the authorities use to keep, no sermons, and not break the staff of neighbors who live with dogs.
But we want to move them to do something, which of course in many other cities long ago for good reasons is. Bagging and down in the next Trash - why share the habitat with its own feces? There is another way and only needs a handle that can quickly be routine. Who has taken responsibility for a dog that must also be consistent - an expectation that we may have among neighbors.
