greet Hello, God Hello readers and to all of my blog! I'm sitting on the plane from New York to Denver and register for the first time with you since I'm in the USA. My long journey started on 24 At 4:30 clock in the morning in Rostock. I was picked up at 5:15 am and then clock 2.5h later arrived at Hamburg Airport. Then I got from my father and Steffen passed and at 9:20 I took off and landed in Hamburg 11:20 in Frankfurt. On the flight, I have enjoyed my last German beer. It was a hard goodbye. 2 hours later I picked up again from 8 am landed in Frankfurt and later in New York. This flight was a nightmare. 8 hours is really too much, I'm glad I got over that. Unfortunately, I have in my mind that my return flight in 10 months, unfortunately, takes 15 hours. ... Oh my god. 15 clock local time I had now made my first steps in my dream country the United States of America. I must admit it really is that way I had always dreamed of. The police in their stylish uniforms, the 6-lane roads. All creep them on the highway, speed limit and bacause the thick and colored people. When we arrived at some point by 20 local time clock in the hotel we were all dead tired, after all, in Germany it was already 2 clock at night, that since I was 21.5h on the legs. We were received by the AYA (American organization) staff really very much, you had the feeling that they have smashed something before we arrived. They did also not give up yet to make a "Welcome Meeting". Neeeeeein we were not tired. By 22 clock we were redeemed (Germany 4 clock at night) and we could go to sleep endich. I must say the beds in America, I can really get used, they are soooooo soft and wide. I've slept through 10 hours straight.
had to clock the next day at 8 / we wanted to go eat breakfast. Yes, what was that? Klaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar! Nice scrambled eggs + bacon + sausages + ketchup on his plate! Jummie! From 9 to 12 clock clock there was still a couple of workshops, etc. What we should rather be then in America, etc. by 12 clock it was finally over. We went to NYC! Our first stop was at a port in Lower Manhattan. I think it hammer and reliably as the middle of the city at once but 100m sailing ship is so large as ours at the Hanse Sail. In any case, arrived in the harbor, we were allowed to eat first and go shopping 1h. We have a nice first "I love NY" T-shirt and have risen at "Shake n Burger" go eat. Ohja, the burgers and fries were very tasty.
We went by bus to a viewing platform from where you can watch the Statue of Liberty. After a brief photo stop was our next stop Central Park We are about 1 hour walking through the park and I can say is "amazing"! I just find it disgusting how people horny middle soeiner metropolitan city just have a shoot once but over-sized garden. One can totally relax in Central Park and looks cool on the trees, the skyscrapers. Just awesome! The bus driver collected us again and our next goal was TIME SQUARE!
I won total hammer. It's just totally amazing to stand on down the street and look to the environment, anywhere lights, the bright colors, the masses of the people, the yellow cabs, skyscrapers, beautiful! At Time Square, we were allowed 1h to go shopping and then met by 18 clock at the Hard Rock Cafe. To me adapt a little bit I I then added a new cap backed by my own name embroidered inside. The Hard Rock Cafe, there was then the usual. Burger with fries and Coke. Nothing more spectacular. But then came the converging highlight of the evening and we went to the "Rockefeller Center" on the "Top of the Rock".
Oh maaaan how geeeeeeeeil! This skyline is priceless! It was so beautiful on top of it! Fix some pictures and then picked us up already by 21 clock our bus and we went back to the hotel. At the hotel we then have to get up to get a note when each individual. And it was not otherwise expected, which I at 3:30 Clock up at night had to drive to the airport. Well, now I fly from New York to Denver and then from Denver Portland. From there, meet me at my host family. We then write the next time probably when I did my first school experience!
See you soon!
